Spiral food Trial run: Spinakopita and a 'desigual' roll cake. What was supposed to be a simple coconut roll cake... went out of hand! Lovely combo of chocolate bitter, light sponge cake, slight coconut taste, medium sweet, medium moist - a la goldilocks.
